As Morrissey once almost sang: “Goldfinch in a shoebox I know it’s serious”.
This fledgling flew into our patio window this morning, and knocked herself out.
An hour in the posh environs of an L.K. Bennett shoebox, (this is a classy bird), seemed to do the trick. Happily she is now back out in the wild.
Calm waters out in Dublin bay yesterday.
I took the scenic route into the office this morning, and stopped along the way to take a few snaps on the Samsung Galaxy Note phone.
